Post-Memorial Madness

The past 7 days have certainly been interesting. Last Monday was Memorial Day and I took advantage of the extra day off to do absolutely nothing. It was nice to sit on my ass for a day and play video games rather than having to worry about running off and taking care of stuff like I usually do on a weekend.

The rest of the workweek buzzed by in a high workload haze. Unfortunately I had a big deal fall though on Friday which did put a bit of a damper on things, but for the most part it was a blessedly short and fun week.

Come the weekend I spent much of my time editing photos from a couple of shoots I’ve done recently. I have to say for the record how much I love my 10D. It’s so much nicer of a camera than my old one, and it really is much easier to use now that I have full control over my images.

I spent a lot of time playing Baldur’s Gate – Dark Alliance II. It’s a fun little game and very pretty. Not quite as substantial as the games I usually get into (KOTOR, or Morrowind), but still a fun little hack and slash.

Speaking of hack and slash I think I’ll go finish the game. Caio for now!
