MXO MXO MXO!

Today was an average day at work. I got a lot done but was quite drained. At the end of the day we got a hot job on and I’m kind of excited to work on it tomorrow. It could make me a lot of money and boy would that be useful at the moment.

After work I headed over to Monolith to meet up with a friend of mine and talk about photo gear. While I was there he had me sign an NDA and showed me The Matrix Online! Because of the NDA I can’t say much about it other than AMAZING! They have created an incredibly huge and persistent world in which tens of thousands of people can play online simultaneously in a seamless and detailed city. I don’t much get into online gaming, but I’ll definitely be getting a copy of this one! For more information on it see what has been released to the public on GameSpot.

While eating dinner I got a call from Chris, the writer and director for Creatures of the Gay Lagoon. I did not get the part I wanted, but better yet he checked out Sparktography.com and wants me to be the set photographer. I’m pretty excited about it and have some great ideas for ways to add extra features from the making of Creatures of the Gay Lagoon. I can’t wait to talk to him next week and sort out all the details.

I also got the resale certificate and title for my condo today. It’s about an inch of paperwork that I have to read through – what a pain. August 30th is looming ever closer, and I can’t wait. I’m starting to get really excited about buying the condo, and I think that most of the stress and such will evaporate the moment I close. I know the money is not a problem now, and I’m almost done with my part of everything, but I’m still worried that “something” will happen.
