Picture of the moment: Topwise Shoe Rack

While walking to my audition for Creatures from the Gay Lagoon I stopped off in a vintage clothing store on Pine. There were a lot of shoes there and they made fascinating subjects. I love the way the color and shape of the shoes is presented in this shot. The toes from the shoes on the rack in focus give an abstract feeling to the shoes and contrast nicely with the subdued colors below.

I’m still experimenting with presentation for photos. This larger size helps show the photo better without clicking on it, but loads slower. I like the greater level of detail in this size. Any opinions?
