So I have two pieces of good news to report. I'm going to give the good news about me first because damnit - it's my blog and I can be selfish on here. The good news is that I'm starting to feel better. I'm still a bit under the weather, and have a cough but with Dayquil I'm going to make it through the day mostly painlessly. I think getting a good nights sleep last night was essential for this. I'm going to do my best to get another good nights sleep tonight so that I can hopefully be back to 100% by tomorrow or Thursday.
For the second piece of good news I have to report I admit I should have reported sooner, but in my weakened state it managed to completely skip my mind. My sister has finally been popped the big question by her man Dave. She graciously accepted and sometime in the near future (date not yet set) I'm going to have a new brother-in-law. Congrats Janet!
Yes, well, it won't be for at least a year- we're looking at early 2006, probably January so that it's the "off season" for caterers, florists, halls, etc and we can get good deals. Plus, it's right after he graduates in December :)
